Power Of Local Level To Perform Functions Relating To Administration Of Industries
The Local Level may perform functions relating to the registration, administration and regulation of micro-enterprises, and cottage and small industries with the fixed capital not exceeding the amount as specified in the Provincial law, as provided in the Federal and Provincial laws.
